Pineapple Cream Cakelet

A classic vanilla sponge filled with pineapple jelly made with fresh pineapple juice along with a chunky pineapple compote, allowing the natural tartness of the fruit to shine. The cakelet gets a generous crown of a simple & light vanilla cream optimally sweetened with white chocolate which rounds off the ensemble beautifully. Altogether it’s sweet, slightly tart, buttery & downright addictive.
