Belgian Chocolate Basque Cheesecake

The Good Butter Bakery tweaked their Classic Basque Cheesecake into a chocolate one. This deep, dark chocolatey version is creamy, sweet, salty & comes with a crust. Made using a housemade biscuit base made with ragi & hazelnuts adding a crumbly buttery finish to the cheesecake.
