    Description

    Made with a base of flakey & buttery pastry, this pie has a filling of dark belgian chocolate. The chocolate filling puffs up while baking & then collapses giving it a beautiful cracked surface, hiding inside a gooey, deeply chocolatey but light interior. Pair it with a scoop of ice cream for a decadent dessert. A thin slice also goes wonderfully well with a cup of coffee.
