Basque Cheesecake (Slice)

Ultra creamy and moist, this style of cheesecake comes from the Basque region of Spain. Usually cooked in wood fired ovens, at a very high temperature so that the sides are beautifully caramelized while the centre still is gooey and soft. This is baked without any crust, also making this gluten free and nut free.
