An ultra moist cake perfumed with spices like ginger, cinnamon & orange. It’s studded with soaked fruits like cranberries, prunes, raisins & candied orange peel plus toasted almonds & hazelnuts for extra flavour. Other than this the cake is brushed with an orange caramel once it’s finished baking.

P.S: Amrut Whiskey & Honey Bee Brandy were used for the soak.
