Gawa’s Bag Of Good Regards – Anushka Ravishankar, illustration by Canato Jimo

Description

Everyone keeps asking Gawa what he wants to be when he grows up. But Gawa already knows what he wants to do.

In this gentle picture book told in verse, celebrated children’s author Anushka Ravishankar uses poetry to explore big ideas in a way young readers can hold on to. Warm, thoughtful illustrations by Canato Jimo, an artist from Nagaland, bring Gawa’s world to life. A lovely book to read aloud and talk about together, from Duckbill.
