About the Author

Kala Krishnan writes, teaches and lives in Bangalore, with Totoro, Sathyavak, Gauri and Paru. She writes poetry and prose, often losing track of the boundaries between the two. She is enthralled by the workings of language-a chimera she has been chasing much of her working life. She values family, friendship, and her students.
