Alexander Borisovich Raskin (1914-1971) was a Russian writer and poet. He was born in Belarus and studied at the Literary Institute in Moscow. He became famous for his humorous and satirical writing. The collection of stories was created when Sasha, daughter of writer Alexander B. Raskin, was very ill.
