Description

Coldnoon posits itself as an anthology of travel pieces (poetry, fiction and non-fiction) that aim to re-imagine the sphere of travel literature and the notion of travel it self. Editor Arup K. Chatterjee, guides us through the many ways that one journeys. We unpack the philosophical, spiritual and political implications that travel always, already lends itself to but is nearly always, already ignored by the commissioners of conventional travel writing. Hitchhiking across the world through poetic travelogues, the reader is made conscious of how nuanced the act of travel is as we are brought home knowing that life is a voyage itself.
